By downloading, accessing, or using the Found by Tensorn mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Found. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you can legally form a binding contract and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts and Security

To use Found, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete professional information and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines

Found is designed for meaningful professional networking. You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity.
  • Harass, abuse, defame, or intimidate other users.
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the platform for spamming, solicitation of non-professional services, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data from or interact with the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content, photos, and professional data you upload to Found ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant tensorn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines.

7. Disclaimers

Found is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We also do not guarantee any specific outcomes, networking success, or employment opportunities from your use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tensorn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these terms and, in some cases, providing an in-app notification. Your continued use of Found after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
